Because the Federal Reserve is doing what it is doing...keeping interest rates low... perhaps this is the time to sell.

You should know what happens to bond prices when interest rates go up. There is an inverse relationship. The value of your bond would go down if interest rates rise. Selling a Municipal Bond is a problem even when the Muni Markets are "good." But when things are "bad", and when interest rates are rising, the problem of selling a Municipal Bond gets even worse.
